Our website

This cookie policy only relates to your use of our website.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file which is placed onto your device such as your computer, smartphone or other electronic device when you use our website. We use cookies on our website. These help us recognise you and your device and store some information about your preferences or past actions. For example, we may monitor how many times you visit the website, which pages you go to, traffic data, location data and the originating domain name of your internet service provider. This information helps us to build a profile of our users. Some of this data may be aggregated or statistical, which means that we will not be able to identify you individually.

We use the following cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies. These are cookies that are required for the operation of our website.

  • Analytical or performance cookies. These allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around our website when they are using it. This helps us to improve the way our website works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily.

  • Functionality cookies. These are used to recognise you when you return to our website.

  • Targeting cookies. These cookies record your visit to our website, the pages you have visited and the links you have followed.

You can find more information about the individual cookies we use and the purposes for which we use them below:

Cookie preferences

We store your choices in your browser’s local storage under arbhub-cookie-consent for up to six months. This stores whether you have allowed analytics and marketing. This storage entry stays in your browser.

Google Analytics 4

If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_* cookies to help us understand visits, page views and interactions with the website. We use this information to improve the site. Google advertising storage and advertising personalisation are disabled in our Google Analytics setup. For information on how Google uses data, see Google’s Privacy & Terms site.

Meta Pixel

If you allow marketing cookies, Meta Pixel may use _fbp and _fbc cookies to measure advertising and actions on our website, such as clicking to book a demo. For more information, see Meta’s cookie policy.

With marketing consent, we also use Meta’s Conversions API to measure completed subscription purchases. An opaque checkout reference connects your marketing cookie identifiers and browser information to the payment confirmed by Stripe. We send Meta the payment value, currency and hashed customer identifiers, including your email address. Pending checkout attribution expires after seven days, or when your consent expires if sooner. It is removed after a purchase is reported, and expired records are removed by a daily cleanup. You can withdraw marketing consent using Cookie settings; this cancels pending attribution saved by this browser. Withdrawing consent does not undo events already sent.

Please note that the following third parties may also use cookies, over which we have no control. These named third parties may include, for example, advertising networks and providers of external services like web traffic analysis services. These third party cookies are likely to be analytical cookies or performance cookies or targeting cookies:

Stripe (https://stripe.com/en-gb/privacy)
Firebase (https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy)

To deactivate the use of third party advertising cookies, you may visit the third party’s website to manage the use of these types of cookies.

Calendly booking calendar

Our demo page includes a Calendly calendar so you can choose a time and book a call without leaving the page. Calendly provides its own cookie controls within the calendar. For details about how it handles booking information and cookies, see Calendly’s privacy notice.

Consent to use cookies and changing settings

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel stay off until you allow the relevant category. You can reject optional cookies, accept all, or choose analytics and marketing separately. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time to change or withdraw your choices. Withdrawing a category stops its tracking and clears its cookies that our website can access. We may reload the page to apply the change.

How to turn off all cookies and consequences of doing so

If you do not want to accept any cookies, you may be able to change your browser settings so that cookies (including those which are essential to the services requested) are not accepted. If you do this, please be aware that you may lose some of the functionality of our website. For further information about cookies and how to disable them please go to www.aboutcookies.org or www.allaboutcookies.org. To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across all websites, visit http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Changes to this cookie policy

We keep our cookie policy under regular review. This version was last updated on 15th October 2026. It may change and if it does, these changes will be posted on this page.

Necessary storage is always on. We save your cookie preferences on this device for up to six months.
