Pricing questions
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade to a larger user band at any time. You can downgrade at the end of your current subscription period: after the year on annual billing, or after the month on monthly billing.
Can I archive users?
Yes. Archiving a user frees their seat. You can restore them again later.
Does an office administrator count as a user?
Yes. Anyone actively using ArbHub counts as a user.
Does someone named on an SSRA count as a user?
Yes. If someone needs to be named on a site-specific risk assessment, they need their own ArbHub user account.
Are features restricted on cheaper plans?
No. The plans are based on active user numbers rather than removing core features from smaller businesses.
Do you offer a free trial?
